Apart from the niceties of good will and customer relations, I wonder whether BMY/SNY should have/would now consider[ed]
suing the middle folk and pharmacy chains, seeking an injunction to forestall distribution/further sales of the Apotex-manufactured drug? I do not know whether J.Stein's ruling would permit/prevent that action.
