We shall see if TALK can move beyond the current price range once they get rid of all of their baggage. If I remember correctly, last year when UMS appeared to be running on all cylinders, TALK hit a high of .0028 a couple of times. My guess is TALK will probably hit .0028 again, once Levy files, but odds are it will be short lived. These penny stocks have a tendency to disappoint in the long run. Treat'em as a trade.
