Let me try to explain that, from what I got from the IR guy.

No faith in their company nor the hard work of their employees nor their place in the industry as a whole What's up with that?



Unfortunately, those that were acquired by Solar 3d looks at the their stock not as a investment for the future but cash now in their pocket.

Hence the selling no matter what the stock price is or what momentum is occurring in the market.

The company is aware of the negative effect this practice has on the stock price, and are taking steps to address it.

The acquire employees look at the stock they receive like getting a bonus paid to them in cash. Instead of saving or investing the cash for their futures (saving plans, 401k etc), they spend it. The same way most do, who get cash bonuses from work. We look at it as free money not money that we should be saving for the future.

At least with this group, IMHO it has nothing to do with faith or no faith in the company's future, to them the stock is just a cash bonus to be used for whatever now.
