That is true, but it wouldn't be a shock if it happened tomorrow. Wouldn't be a shock if it happened next week either.

It's kind of like waiting for the light to change green on the way home from work. It could change now. Or now. Or now. Everyone knows it will change in a relatively short time - the $80 mil question is when?
