What's the point since it will never be used?

Why, so suckers can say "Hemp Inc has the largest decorticator" of course.

Think about it, no NC hemp in 2017 (they don't even have seeds) already missing planting season.

2018, who knows if they will have seeds and items worked out with the DEA.

That's 18 months away with the facility DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Does that make sense? I just being logical with facts.
