I didn't post a question. I just responded to your question about someone else's post. And yes it was a possibility that the company would have gotten approval any day in the last 60 or so. However, as each day passed, it likelihood increases. Whether management puts out news during trading hours is to be seen.

I think the sentiment is that if done during trading hours, shorts would be burned pretty badly. Especially if done right after selling pressure.
