JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that ZMJY has the battery and electric motor technology. The are partnering with Cowin Motors on the Kay Wing V3 SUV. Cowin is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co.

ZJMY is also building the battery swap stations, like gas stations. With 3 built in 3 Chinese cities so far, I believe.

At least that is my understanding of the situation.
