Meant to say that another cap raise could take the form of re-purchasing Sabby's warrants ... while issuing new common shares/warrants to new investors (which could include Sabby).

As stated previously, my take on the PIPE is that APDN can't issue more common or variable rate transactions so long as Sabby holds warrants.

No expert here though.
