Although this is my first post, I'm a longtime investor and am underwater like everyone else. But I am very encouraged by the last shareholders meeting that was on video.

onin2 - please note that the PIPE was based on common stock shares and not preferred shares, so it is not subject to all of the egregious stuff you were outlining.

Also note that it plainly states that APDN agreed not to effect the variable rate transaction on any common stock or securities convertible into common stock.

Am I misinterpreting this or not?
