Ouch! It went below 0005, does that mean it defaults? Or does it have to close below 0005?

Can you specifically point out where according to the 8-K it cannot go below 0005 otherwise something defaults?



I suspect this isn't good for common shareholders.



I truly believe that with the suspected 1.2+BILLION shares that I believe I read about that are maybe being reserved, that a REVERSE SPLIT is simply inevitable. That's just my opinion.
