Yes, now they have, and the share price has dropped. Not good for shareholders (the rest of us). It still remains true that for a decent amount of time, they didn't dilute. Proof was that the OS didn't increase. Hints were that the pps steadied, and the volume was low. However that didn't stop false claims that they were diluting during that (non-diluting) period.
