Please reread, they are not giving 900 mil, they reserved those shares. 15 day average divided by 50% will be the agreement price in share to satify the $90k oweded.

Let's say We close at .0008 for 15 days now divided by half equals.0004.
Shares given to satify the 90k would be 225 million shares
