It is good to see this officially frozen by the Chinese courts. That I expect means this isn't going into anyone else's hands until the whole situation is worked out. Looks like many court cases to be worked out already and I expect more to come. Possibly criminal charges also to be seen in future. Could this possibly mean the Chinese government wasn't involved in the questionable behavior most who followed this story have witnessed? Could it be just overly zealous management past and present getting way too greedy? We will see. It is what it is!
