I think that's exactly what will happen. Two things to note in this statement from yesterday's filing.

1. It's a holding company which means there will be more than one company.

2. Notice the name is JB & ZJMY. Does this mean we get all the JB (Jinbo) subsidiaries?

"Company will reflect the new business combination by changing its name to JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc."
