According to the article, this order is for the 500km V3 model. This model is in production now and will hit market in July 2017. They will have newer model which is 600km, even better.

The $4 billion potential revinue is from ZJMY EV company alone. Don't forget this RM is not ZJMY alone. The consolidated financials will reveal much bigger picture than $4 billions for us in about two weeks.
