Fact is, those shares were absorbed into the market without killing the share price.. The company has a group of scientists around the world that contribute to R&D, no internal program is needed at this time.

Right now the company is sitting on $21 million with no debt. The money hasn't gone anywhere.

There was no 15 month data release promised.... what about it?
