Triple 000 and Sub-penny Chart Plays

Hey there Trader53,-Re; PDMI (Paradigm Medical Industries)

I have been a long term investor in PDMI.
We have a board here and things have been
pretty much dead for years. Yesterday, the stock
traded more than it did in ALL of last year.
From having almost no bid size, it now
has a bid of almost 800,000,000 @ .0001.
Just looking for your insight on this to see
where you think this play fits into in terms
of this huge increase in the bid size on
Level 2. I'm trying to figure out how to play this from
this point forward.
