Took exactly 1 month to go from .02 cents to $ 1.30 ....for the last reverse merged stock I was in ..just 2 short months ago....so 1 full month for the FULL PPS EFFECT to take place...if you want to use that one as a gauge.. Its not a bad gauge either...because it will take 2 weeks for the name change and cusip and ticker change..
This is the way it went down, or will go down.....on or about APRIL 24th WE GET THE WORD FROM FINRA that in about 1-2 days the ticker change and name change will become effective..
THAT brings us out to probably around APRIL 26TH..there is a bit of a dark period where the brokers have issues with the new symbol etc..to get their books in order... (happened to me in february).....Then within 2 days everything is in order..new symbol , new name etc..
ONLY THEN- DOES THE COMPANY ISSUE PRESS RELEASES ETC...REGARDING BUSINESS ISSUES...PRODUCTS, SALES, YA KNOW, GENERAL PRESS RELEASES THAT WE NORMALLY SEE...because if they issue them for the OLD CUSIP AND OLD TICKER they tend to get washed away...Try to find ASUV , the old ticker I was in...pretty much all of the old news and history is GONE for that stock..so they generally WAIT till the new ticker is ready to roll...that way it Makes A BIG SPLASH.. SORT OF LIKE A BIG PARTY
..THE WAY I SEE IT IS the pps will move UP in anticipation of these events...not CRAZY move ups..but a nice sized gain...lets say by the ticker date change we are at or around 10 cents.....After the new name is here and the press releases start flowing THATS WHEN THE REAL MONEY STARTS REALLY POURING IN...
THERE ARE SO MANY CATALYSTS TO THIS TYPE OF THING HAPPENING ..ITS A GREAT PLACE TO PARK YOUR $$$$$$.....I knew of this phenomenon for my other reverse merger stock..and it came up ACES....so in 2 weeks we will have our name and ticker change...then over the coming days,after that they go on a P.R. frenzy.. LIKE A GRAND OPENING OF A NEW STORE !Proud parent like......a TON to like for at the very least the next month ...minimally
