1. Anyone know if the share structure information on the OTCMarkets website is the most up to date information? Float of 800M isn't bad, if that's accurate.

2. Any dilution present here? I forgot to check L2 to see if any of the filthy V MMs were active on this stock. Judging by today's price action, it looks to me like it traded pretty clean.

3. How big is the merger that hit last week? It's a reverse merger, right, whatever that is? What kind of value does this Esports provide?
