As another so eloquently detailed in here, it is part of his ruse and scheme to do so and if there is supposed to be integrity in markets for retail Investors, having a CEO and Canadien Hedge Fund Owner partner manipulate and alter ethics rules/laws in such a manner as to legally steal funds is VERY wrong....
