Yah, you're right. Look at that stupid CVOL.OB that I invested in about 8 years ago. Friggin' stupid diluting Covol Technologies. Really pisses me off that they had the nerve to let me buy them at 1 1/16th only to ditch the OTCBB for the NASDAQ, THEN had the balls to move to the NYSE. I hate that I still own shares that are now trading in the 30s...

There are share printing companies on every exchange, it's called options and employee stock purchase plans. Maybe before you write this pulitzer winning case study, you might want to take the time to figure out how the markets work.
