Post 5327 you stated Platinum offices being raided and without this event Echo would have already have fixed the device.
False, echo's CGM failed and it was determined to abandon it and work on the next generation to get to market. Echo management neglected to inform the shareholders that the readings were in concistent which Ramad posted deemed that management failed to report to the shareholders was material information.
