Iran is surrounded with nuclear-armed neighbors. I'm sorry that's nookyaler-armed neighbors. India, Pakistan, China, Russia, (and possibly several of the breakaway republics) all have nookyaler weapons, and let's not forget Israel and the U.S Navy. Let's also not forget that one of them (the one with the swaggering coward in charge.. that would be us) pretty much declared war on them a few years back ...some ludicrous sh*t about an Axis of Evil or something.

Still, I can't imagine why they would want to arm themselves. Must be because they're bad.
