What CRAP are you Talking??? You seem to have No CLUE of how GE is Stealing from You & ME... IN Fact, from what I am seeing GE wants the PPS of DRYS Common to go to .001C and Bankrupt the company -.. because he wons all the DEBT of DRYS Pretty much and then He Can Legally Takeover the Company and ZERO out DRYS Common Sharholders for whathever cah is remaining in the COmapny Coffers because once the Company files for BK, GE as the DEBT HOlder has the RIGHT to get all the MOney that is left in the company to "PAY" his $200MM worth of DRYS BONDS he owns...

I am Neck-deep involved in the WAMU & Lehman Bankruptcies and in the WAMU Case, we WAMU Shareholders were able to wrest the successor of WAMU from the Hands of Hedgies when the company emerged from the Bankruptcy, so I know what I am talking about...
