I don't think the could have gone from a patch of sand to pouring concrete so quickly.



They better, if they want to complete a building in less than 9 months.

Something is going on. In the older pic there is one greenish spot inside the white square to the north. In the new pic there are lots more. Perhaps that's the concrete. Also, a lot of trampled vegetation to the east of the third building in the new pic.
