Terra Tech is now a 'going concern' which seems to concern you. You can not use the standard disclaimers for a business that is not a going concern as many of you have used in the past. So you make stuff up. Amazing.

Terra Tech just finished a great growth year with huge revenues and they did their report on time. Their improvements allowed them to be declared a going concern. So, since the beginning of last year Terra Tech became a QX reporting company, became a going concern in the eyes of their auditors, increased revenues over 200%, and increased footprint and brand in all parts of the corporate businesses. Just wondering did your lab stock get back it's QB rating? Never saw anything on that.


Going concern is an accounting term for a company that has the resources needed to continue to operate indefinitely until a company provides evidence to the contrary, and this term also refers to a company's ability to make enough money to stay afloat or avoid bankruptcy.
