Hey... what it didn't say... " I won't let you know anything about the merger until at least 3 or 4 weeks !!! It didn't say... I'll inform you of what is going on... in about a month... !! To me... "coming few weeks".. means over the coming few weeks.. like maybe two or more updates .. and a few weeks to me... means.. about 3... because to me... 4 or 5 means about in a month !! REMEMBER IT DOESN'T MENTION SHARE SIZE !! So... IMO.. NO REASON WHY HE IS SILENT ON THAT... The only thing I can think of ... is IT ISN'T Good so he wants to wait to hopefully have some good news to offset it?????????? IF it is only 10% or even 15%... I would think he would tell us.. !!! IN ANY EVENT...IMO SHAREHODLERS have the right to know how many shares there are... both A/S and O/S... !!! Basic Corporation data !!
Sorry... but His silence... and as far as I am concerned.. Emails saying...things like"HE IS TOOOOO BUSY TO LET SHAREHOLDERS EVEN KNOW HOW MANY SHARES THERE ARE... . Doesn't make him a shareholder Friendly CEO !!! Obviously my words.. not theirs simply infer he is very busy..
Maybe some shareholders love the trading here over the last 3 weeks ... I don't... If there is value here.. Basic information should be revealed to shareholders.. !! Some bought more on the deal.... not knowing.. that he was going to DILUTE to pay some bill... we had no knowledge of?? and MR BOURNE... should be talking... PART OF HIS JOB IS SHAREHOLDER RELATIONS... NOT ONLY.... ONLY... NEGOTIATIONS...
So we wait and have another wonderful day of trading?? I do have to wonder if more and more shareholders requested an update PR... if he might respond??ue
