It has to do with the cost to register shares. I will be taking my Real Estate Company public on the Pinks soon but I will be incorporated in Wyoming not VA where I reside bc it cost 2500 per year per class of stock registered in VA where as Wyoming it is only like 200.00 per year total.

COHO - That's why most Pinks are INC in Nevada, Wyoming, or Delaware. IT'S CHEAPER! A lot cheaper.
