Skeptical,re ypnt,I don't think you can predict the churn rate yet. This company had to change a lot of procedures after they were temporarily cut off from LEC billing. They are re establishing the company and it's growth pattern.

I don't know if the company will include gross new customers. The churn rate is probably fairly fierce if they write off the customer acquisition over 12 months. They probably wouldn't want to highlight that particular phase of their business model.

CORG was never a favorite of mine. Long distance is too bloody competitive. Cheaper always sells more and a new guy on the block has to be cheaper. Doesn't make for sustainable business models.

Just so no one mistakes my interest in Ypnt. I am holding 1% of my portfolio in ypnt.ob. I am not table pounding because it does have some warts. They seemed to have cleaned house but the basic methodology of the company remains the same. They are still about 1/2 of the revenues of their best year in 2004 and it remains to be seen whether they can reach those levels with reasonably honest methods. It does give them and us some upside potential for growth in revs and eps. I like the pattern of growth and it seems undervalued. Whether enough investors ever agree with me is the big question.
