Agreed. If you actually look at the historical volume while the price was 0.20, there was essentially no volume (looks like some months may have had less than 100k shares traded for the whole month). This stock wasn't actively traded until November 2016, so you need to ignore that drop in price around the name change.

Focus on the chart since the end of October, when the company changed names, and when volume started occurring.

The drop in pps since then still seems way to much for the size of the increase in the OS, so EXOL is definitely undervalued at these prices.
