So with 11.5M in additional paid in capital (and revenue of 196K) their share price drops from .20 back in November of last year, to where it is now (.0065 as of today).

This aligns with name & ticker change back in October. After peaking in November, the share price collapsed, hitting .007 by December, where it has pretty much remained.

So. These guys pocketed the considerable change they made selling shares last year, and are now sitting pretty. As I see it, they have absolutely no incentive whatsoever to do anything with this company other than continue to sell a few trinkets and keep issuing shares of their stock. They can flip their convertibles as needed, and stretch out on the beach.
