Thats the way I am reading it too. Please, someone correct us if we are wrong. But if p/e is high (according to industry average) than confidence is high. If p/e is low (6.9x seems low to me?), then confidence is low...

Is this correct? This number has nothing to do with dollar evaluation..right?
