you are missing the big picture that they planned it all along. there was zero concern about eyetalk not following the agreement because it remained in their hands by giving the patents to a private company they own.

SEC abolishes the stock.
Con man Carter leaves REVO officially while simultaneously filing all the new patents to eyetalk
and then
REVO creates new preferred shares stipulating a priority to be paid w very nice interest attached. all the while in addition Garbage Ali also has priotity in any funds because REVO longs owe him his generous salary...

the patents expire when the contract expires with REVO expires.
