Common sense tells me that when there are more buyers than sellers, the pps should go up. But the crooked market makers call the shots. Today STM buyers exceeded sellers by 2M share, and yet the pps declined 0.18. Am I worried? No. I believe the pps will catch up with the expanded Net Buy Volume and reward the volume watchers.
