The only sections that are being updated have to do with debt. As for the direction of the company, advancements in sales, negotiations, etc these sections are not being updated, with exception to this -

"As an element of mobile commerce, we have introduced “Yes,” a concierge service where persons can order products and have the products delivered to their address by motor scooter. The Yes service has been going through testing and was launched on March 9, 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand. We are currently exploring new markets for Yes™ with the intent of expanding beyond Thailand in the fourth quarter of 2017.."

In other words.. they are saying Yes is not in any other country except Thailand and we know the app is not operable.
