Being a public company, by definition, requires a myriad of disclosure to the public
Why would it be ridiculous for any public company to allow its TA to disclose current share counts unless they were sleaze balls trying to hide things?
Btw, Im happy to see your acknowledgment that it is up to the company
I still find it ridiculous for any public company that allows it.
