Ask doc google search. My education and experience says book value vs market are often related but provide an arbitrage opportunity when they diverge. In that scenario time is the biggest hurdle.
In terms of ELTP they diverge as the market value is much higher than the book. The arb opportunity here is to short. But the MMs control the pps so that doesn't apply. Much like RSI and Bolinger bands.
