"OTC Shorty" is a merely a fable which wishes investors believe that short squeeze / short covering will raise the price of the stock or to explain why the stock is dropping in price. It is just playing on investors non-understanding on this issue to make them believe that something is happening that is in fact NOT.

INOH does not have significant short interest, never has.
