I guess finviz.com is on the payroll, too, because the last 10-K said this:
"The Company had seven full time employees."
"Further, the Company has subcontracted nanomaterials research and development (“R&D”) to TheraCour under the license agreement with TheraCour. TheraCour currently has a staff of about twenty-five, most of who are scientists with PhD or advanced degrees and experience."

In order to get their "Employeess 30" information they would either have had to actually read the 10-K and make their own ultimately deceptive interpretation, something I find unlikely, or they received it from some other source. Even Y-hoo knows better:
"Full Time Employees: 7"

I though that finviz might have found it on the company fact sheet linked on the website, but there's no head count on there and, in spite of the following detail, it doesn't seem to mention the name TheraCour:
NanoViricides has exclusive worldwide licenses to field-­-defining, pioneering, global patent applica9ons, that have already issued into
61 patents in countries including the U.S., Australia, Japan, China, Canada, and all of Africa.
