They wouldn't. Verb wouldn't even need to foot the whole bill. One PR and this company no longer has any funding concerns. Warrants would be exercised and we would uplist. Also why would Verb expose their prize robot to all the public scrutiny? This thing would be locked up tight for competitive reasons.
It would be a no brainer for Verb to take control of this thing. Instead they've left it in the hands of Randall and are waiting for Bloom Burton to come through to get this thing finished.
