Just my opinion based on the following facts;

1. ELED is an extremely low float

2. No dilution, practically all of the A/S is outstanding

3. They are a very real company in the OTC

4. They are current & reporting in the OTC

5. They are selling a cutting edge product, accent lighting for large buildings in cities

6. It has been rumored-- they are moving to an office in Downtown Denver (which is extremely expensive, as Denver is a booming market)

7. They just spent money upgrading their website, with a very professional look, which means they made money & reinvested it (wisely) back into a thriving young company on the cutting edge
