agree... the problems are very evident and very fixable... when the problem is the problem and the only way to fix the problem is removing the problem and when each problem makes $320,000 a year in fees, the problem won't take care of the problem... an outside force is required..
when you have a roach problem, you need an exterminator.... hopefully ronin is the exterminator...
