It is, it's in black and white on their website under the Langley filing. You've been stuck on this moot point for days now and I've provided several links for you to read. If you feel the stock is too risky for your taste or don't understand the paperwork, stay out of it. 210 insisted on bankruptcy to be CERTAIN that their $15 million dollar investment remains protected. THE INVESTOR REQUESTED BANKRUPTCY, nobody on the planet would request anything for a company that would hurt their valuable investment. The document is referred to as a "Settlement Agreement" these documents are between creditors (barker lease) and debtors (P10) ..... when it is referred to as agreement, then both sides agree. I'm not sure how much more clear you need it to be. Good luck to you friend.
