No I don't agree , because if you want to break the back of the terrorist financing you need oil at $40 a barrel again for a year or either kill them all.
Clinton started the oil escalation by requesting that Opec start raising their prices to help Russia.
The US needs to cut off "all" aid to those that don't support us in this fight against Islamic terrorist.
Leave them to wilt on the vine.
