Yep, I've run across them in my research. Like I said, I'm pretty new to this arena but so far finding like you said a potash war going on and the Congo-B seems to be the area everyone is interested in. Also ran across American big board companies getting busted for adleged unethical practices in African mining and still doing just fine. Granted the SEC I believe is way more lieneant than Canada and the bigger companies have a lot more financial backing to bail themselves out, even though Mag got the hammer from the TSX, IMO it's just a set back and in no way game over for them. Sarmin has apparently recruited the key players from Mag, the Congo-B mine is still slated to commence phase one next month, and now Mag has some big money being thrown at their stock. If I had to come to a conclusion as to what's gong on here, I'd say Sarmin is out to grab a controlling interest in Mag and because of the circumstances, an open market takeover could be the quickest and most reasonable way to do it and for apparent reasons would be the last part of the plan to do so. That being said of course Evergreen would be the ones selling the shares. Even if Sarmin pays up to several dollars a share for 51% controlling interest to r/m into the Mag OTC ticker, it's only pennies on the dollar compared to the billions the mine will return for them. Sure it can be frowned upon what happened but I'm finding that mining the Congo is some very nasty business and we're not gong to find God's saints financing these projects let alone letting the rights to one of the largest potash mines in the world just collect dust when they could be the final key to the commencement of the mine next month. All in speculation but it does appear this could be what's happening behind the curtain. Market activity today will give us a better idea. Over the years I've seen F tickers go nuts before. Some were no question a pump but nowhere close to the dollar amount being thrown in here. Others I've seen bounce between crazy spreads like .0001 to .25 on light volume then out of the blue volume explodes and they run to dollars and hold that pps. Usually the bigger companies with hundreds of millions in assets and with multiple listings on international exchanges.
