Biopharm, much more has been learned, researched and tested in the past 4-5 years. The idea itself of immuno - therapy combinations of drugs or biologics was barely extant 5 years ago, much less recognized as a practical necessity to increase response rates of then extant agents in a safe, effective manner. The sheer number of entities and clinical trials now existing to test that idea is rather stark evidence that everyone, including academia and BPs, has been a bit slow in the learning process, yet now is willing to engage in the process.
