$ OTTV. This is the last O/S that i,ve seen posted on the Board and its through the TA meaning the Ta is not Gaged. Most OTC stocks have to raise the O/S in order to pay down debt when making changes with the Company and it should be about at the end with the PP,s being easy to move up on a friday. 458 Million O/S is low for a OTC Stock.

O/S is 458 million as of this Monday. I confirmed with TA. Low for this level.
