Digging around trying to put a few ends together. I only flipped it a couple times yesterday but the gains have me interested to find out if there's a takeover in progress or if it's just another 'F' stock that went nuts for no reason at all.

So far what I come up with is that even though the website isn't responsive, it is owned and there's been activity as can be seen through the cache versions.

This link (and there's more out there) shows activity on Feb 25, 2017 and I saw another one with activity this month.

If the site is being used privately or because it's being updated, I do not know. But the company address and phone on the bottom of the screen is no longer as listed on the OTC website description. Now it's the same as this company here.

Here's a link saying there's been updates to the Congo Mengo Potash Project (which Magindustries is/was involved in). How valid this site is, I don't know but it says there's 232 people watching for updates.
