Umm, thats not really quite the anology that I would use here but I will work with it. Ok so there is 3 major carriers out there, Verizon, Sprint and Cingular. All your friend who have cingular say the service is spotty and they they have a lot of dropped call. Your friend who have verizon and sprint have very little complaints, who do you think most of the people are going to go with once there cell contract is up? Probably not Cingular. Same reason you buy a car or consumer electronic or service with a higher reliability rating than another.

I dont think three months or more waiting for a DVD is the nature of the business...
