Thanks, but I'm not implying the O/S hasn't increased. I'm just implying that the float may or may not have changed. I think the shares from the Jan 9th S-8 have probably been issued and the o/s has probably increased. I just don't know if the float has, but, if it has, I doubt it has increased much.

There's been almost zero dilution for two years now. If they had to issue some of these shares for services, so be it. I doubt they issued many for services though, because, again, that's not their style. More likely, the shares went to officers. And, since no officers have filed to sale the shares, the float couldn't have gone up (if they did indeed issue the shares to officers). So, in the most likely event, they issued the shares to themselves and are not selling them - which is a MAGNIFICENT sign as far as I'm concerned. They probably know what many of us suspect....increased earnings in the future.
